Equipment we install is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (for example, Amana product warranties), which is separate from our workmanship guarantee. Warranty terms vary by product and registration status — please ask your technician for the specific warranty details that apply to your equipment. Manufacturer warranties are administered by the manufacturer, not by Texas 1st Choice Heat & Air.

Financing is offered through third-party providers, including WiseTack, and is subject to credit approval by those providers. Terms, rates, and promotions are determined by the financing provider and may change without notice. Texas 1st Choice Heat & Air does not make credit decisions.

We offer 24/7 emergency service. "Emergency" availability means we will dispatch a technician as soon as one is available; response times may vary based on demand, weather, and location.
